Confirmation

By confirming your order you are accepting of these terms & conditions and a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming it from us. In the unlikely event that any of the goods from your are no longer available, we will advise you of this via email and give you the opportunity to cancel or amend the order. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed as we see fit, in such instances where fraud is suspected or all items are unavailable. We will notify you by email as soon as possible of any such cancellation.

Delivery Time and Costs

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days from Monday through Friday. Shipping prices are calculated by weight, size and quantity and will vary between destinations. Shipments are sent via the most economical method possible with a tracking number, this may be via Canada Post, USPS, FedEx or DHL. Delivery Status

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of their receipt. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail as soon as possible for further details of your shipment.

Pricing & Tax

Prices shown on our website are in Canadian Dollars and do not include delivery charges or Provincial or Federal Sales Taxes (applicable to Canadian customers only) which will be added at the check out process. All Canadian customers are subject to applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST) based on your province of residence. Orders placed from outside of Canada are not subject to tax.

Payment Methods

We offer two different methods of payment for online customers.

Credit / Debit Card
We accept VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been carried out.

PayPal
PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or a credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available from paypal.com.

Customs and Import Charges

Any customs or import duties charges which shipments may incur upon delivery to its destination country must be paid by the recipient. Inventory has no control over these charges, and cannot tell what the cost would be, if any. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country please contact your local customs office for further information if it is of concern.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines or sale items.

For all other items, we accept returns for any reason within 14 days of your having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned in brand new unworn condition. All original packaging and labels shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, as such please be sure to return your order via registered and/or trackable mail. Please include the transaction number within the package so that it can be easily tracked.

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at info@inventorymagazine.com as soon as possible to notify us of the return in order to reserve another product or size and make all necessary arrangements. Products may only be exchanged for other products available from Inventory.

Sale Items

All items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be given on sale items.
