"Set to a jazz score by composers Matt McGuire and Kyle Eastwood (son of Clint), Wirthensohn’s debut feature explores some of the vast distance felt between the homeless and the housed, exposing individuals like [Mark] Reay, who is somewhere between the two. 'We talked about it a lot and he was aware of the possible impact the release of the film would have on his life,' says Wirthensohn regarding Reay’s friends and employers who were perhaps unaware of his situation. 'He assured me that he’d rather share his story and live with the consequences.'"

Idea Books and Gosha Rubchinskiy first partnered in 2014 when they published Crimea / Kids to coincide with a talk and film screening at the ICA in London. This fall, the two have come together for a third time to publish Rubchinskiy's latest work, Youth Hotel, a 118-page softcover monograph presenting the photographer's perspective on the cultural climate in Russia today. The publication will be exclusively released through Idea Books and Dover Street Market, with a signing at the London location on October 15th.

"The Our Legacy Autumn-Winter '15 Collection "TEN" marks a decade in the business for the Swedish brand. Surveilling the schoolyard with a telephoto lens the collection and accompanying lookbook are studies on youth culture and subcultural style and reference. The fall collection is a mixtape with something for everyone, sampling past, present and future from the 10 years worth of collections. Mixing 70s/80s/90s pop cultural references, hippies, skinheads, techies and club kids are seen side by side. In the new "TEN" lookbook, shot by Erik Wåhlström and art directed by Andreas Doré, these groups are crystallized and up for analysis. Encouraging diversity, everything is eventually mixed in the real life collection, creating our own subtle subculture."

On September 17th, during Art Berlin Contemporary, the eighth edition of Richardson Magazine will be launched at Comme des Garçons Black in the German capital. Dubbed the America Issue, it features Blac Chyna on the cover and includes work by Gary Simmons, Gogy Experza and Jeanette Hayes, alongside a peak into the legendary nightclub, Magic City. To coincide with its release, the magazine's Fall-Winter '15 clothing line will be unveiled at the Richardson shop in New York and select retailers worldwide.

"032c Workshop/Joerg Koch is pleased to present an anti-retrospective by photographer Willy Vanderperre that activates 20 years of Raf Simons collections. Using archival pieces from across all of the label’s collections, Vanderperre channels the energy of Simons’ design practice through a series of archetypes drawn from youth subcultures. Organized to appear as a schoolhouse locker, the installation unravels a collaboration between designer and photographer that feeds from the iconography and dissonance of adolescence in provincial Belgium."
