Among the early deliveries at Très Bien are these trainers by Y-3. Made from a mix of neoprene and leather, the Kohna model feels reminiscent of Reebok's Instapump Fury – a shoe that has a lot of potential. Y-3's version, however, comes in all black and feels a bit more polished overall.

If I was asked, I'd have to say that the 998 was formerly my favourite New Balance shoe, only to be ousted by all the incredible 990 and 997 models that have come out over the last few years. With this new colourway however, a strong case has been made for a change in sneaker hegemony once again. The impeccably balanced grey and navy option is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and sure to be a hit.

These days there seems to be more classic Adidas sneakers being released than ever before, offering the opportunity to pick up your favourite styles from the past, while also discovering some unfamiliar ones. The Topanga debuted in the Spezial collection in 2014, based on a model produced by the German sportswear brand in the '70s called the California. This season it's available in a two colours, my favourite being the decidedly more subdued blue-on-blue option.
